These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fullancia LLC, a Maryland limited liability company that operates Novie ("Novie," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Novie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Novie.
Novie is an AI digital receptionist for practices, provided by Fullancia LLC. Novie answers calls and chats for a practice, talks with callers, and captures their contact details and the reason they reached out, so the practice can follow up.
When you use Novie, you agree to use it lawfully and honestly. You will not use Novie to break any law or the rights of any person, to misrepresent your identity or your practice, to interfere with or try to break the service, to reverse engineer any part of it, or to send harassing, unlawful, or abusive content through it. We can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Novie is built to answer calls and capture leads, and it works hard to do that. Even so, we do not guarantee that every call will be answered or that every lead will be captured. Phone networks, third party systems, and other factors outside our control can affect any single call.
If you are a practitioner using Novie, you are responsible for your own relationships with your clients. You are responsible for the accuracy of the practice information you give us so Novie can be configured correctly. You are also responsible for meeting any call-recording consent laws that apply in your state, since those laws vary from place to place.
Billing terms are set out at sign up or checkout. Pricing and checkout are handled separately from these Terms, and the price and billing cycle are shown to you before you commit.
Novie (operated by Fullancia LLC) may send text messages related to your demo and your use of the service, such as a sample confirmation message and follow-ups, after you give your number and consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Novie. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fullancia LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, that arise from your use of Novie. Our total liability for any claim relating to Novie will not be more than the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limits, so part of this may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
We can update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Novie after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
