Who we are

Novie is an AI digital receptionist for practices. It is operated by Fullancia LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Novie," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Information we collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

  • Caller phone numbers, along with the audio and recordings of calls that Novie answers.
  • The phone numbers people enter on our site to try the Novie demo.
  • Booking form details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to send when you ask for a setup call.
  • Practice information that practitioners give us so we can configure Novie, such as services offered, availability, pricing, and the questions clients commonly ask.

Call recording

Novie answers incoming calls for a practice. To do its job, Novie may record and process those calls using automated and AI systems. We do this so Novie can answer callers, capture leads and contact details, follow up, and improve the service over time.

Automated and AI disclosure

Novie is an automated assistant powered by AI. Callers are told during the call that they are speaking with an automated assistant, so no one is misled into thinking they are talking with a live person.

Text messages (SMS)

We get your consent before we send you text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Novie. We will not share your SMS opt-in or consent with any third party or affiliate for purposes unrelated to providing the Novie service, and we never sell your mobile information.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide the receptionist service, to follow up on leads and connect callers with the practice they reached, to support practitioners and configure Novie for their practice, and to maintain and improve how Novie works.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make Novie work. This includes a telephony provider that connects and carries calls, an AI model provider that powers Novie's responses, an email provider that delivers messages, and our hosting provider that runs the service. These providers only get the information they need to do their work and must protect it. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email privacy@getnovie.com or use our data request page at /privacy-request. We will verify your identity using information you already give us, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
